Meet Miss Tammy, Licensed Professional Counselor

My name is Tammy Kothe-Ramsey, M.A., LPC and I help children and families to feel their best and enjoy life with each other. I achieve this by using a variety of modalities specified to your specific needs. 

I’ve been in the mental health field for more than 8 years. I’ve raised a child with anxiety. I truly know how feeling like a failure, shame, and guilt can make parenting even more difficult than without these factors. My passion for counseling stems from not only wanting to know how I could cope but to understand my child and what was occurring physically, emotionally, and neurologically.  

When I am not working, I am taking photographs and traveling with with my husband. We have three children and two grandchildren, six cats and two dogs. I say we are equal cat and dog lovers because the weight of our six cats equals the weight of our two dogs.
